What to Expect
Whenever we are contacted by a homeowner, insurance adjuster, contractor, property manager, or a business owner, we will do the following:
- Listen to your request to understand your needs.
- In the DFW area, schedule a free walkthrough to physically look at the items and ascertain next steps.
- To start the pack out and subsequent work, we will need a Work Authorization form signed. For art, the estimate will need to also be approved prior to restoration start.
- Pickup, transport and process. In the case of art, we use a climate-controlled environment for storage purposes.
- Restore the items. Electronics and art restoration provide a one-year warranty on the work done.
- Extended storage is available until you are ready for delivery.
- Invoices will be sent for payment prior to scheduling delivery
- Upon delivery, we can also hang or install the art.
